Please complete this Lost & Found Report. It is the easiest and most efficient way to report your lost item. Once you submit your information, you will receive immediate confirmation that your form has been successfully entered into our tracking system for review. Your form will be reviewed by our Lost & Found Team Monday-Friday 8am-4pm HST.

Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. We will do our best to accommodate early or late requests as availabilities allow.
There is a $46 fee added per room, per night.
Rooms are cleaned daily unless specified. Should you wish to skip a cleaning, please display your Do Not Disturb sign on your door. If something needs our immediate attention, please let us know. One of the best ways to communicate with us and make requests is to download our app.
Our standard cancellation policy is 72 hours. Reservations must be cancelled by 12:00 PM PST, three days prior to the arrival date, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation email.
Pre-pay reservations are non-refundable.
To be allowed access to a guestroom at any time during your stay, they would need to be listed on the reservation and provide matching identification. You can add any additional guest names in the Special Requests + Additional Guest Names comment section when completing your reservation through our website or reach out to the reservations@mauicoasthotel.com to add for you.
Maui Coast Hotel is a 100% non-smoking property. A $500 room recovery fee will be applied to the guest room should you choose to smoke.
