Registering guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-In. Rates do not include applicable taxes (General Excise Tax 4.712% and Transient Accommodations Tax 13.25%), and are subject to availability and based on single/double occupancy. Charges for additional guests may apply. Rates and room categories fluctuate depending on length of stay and occupancy and are not valid with any other special rates, promotions, or discounts, nor are applicable toward group bookings. Some restrictions and/or blackout dates may apply. Rooms will be charged a Nightly Resort Fee of $35 plus tax.  

Cancellation Policy:

Pre-pay reservations are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your reservation, the full amount of the deposit will be forfeited; this also applies to cancelling a portion of the stay.

Standard reservations must be canceled by 12:00 P.M. HST, 72-hours prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated. Cancellations or changes to a reservation which occur within the 72-hour window prior to the arrival date will incur a fee equal to one night room and tax and will be issued to the method of payment on file. Modifications to departure date follow the same requirement of 72-hour advance notice, inclusive of in-house guests adjusting a departure date.  

Reservations that fail to check in on their scheduled date of arrival or 'no-show,' will be charged the full cost of 1 night room & tax. Pre-paid reservations that no-show are not eligible for refund.
